I am just going to throw this out here, not because I didnât vote for Trump but because I am a US Tax Payer. How does this improve my life? The Amount of time and US Tax Payer dollars spent just doesnât make sense, when itâs something that literally only shows up as you say if you are in the US using whatever App you used. My Google Maps showâs it as Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America) which literally is the same way I say that child is Special Needs, when really what I mean is that child is (Retarded).

My brain rewires very slowly. Iâve lived along the Gulf coast almost 20 years now, so itâs gonna take me a long time to remember to say Gulf of America. I always just abbreviated it GOM, so now Iâll have to get used to GOA. On the other hand, I donât mind the new name; it has a nice ring to it.
I also never even knew that Mt. McKinley wasnât Mt. McKinley anymore. Thatâs all I ever knew it as. I didnât know he meant at first when he said he was changing the name back. I was like, âback from what?â
I hope he restores the names of the military bases.

Hegseth has already started that process. I believe one of the bases in North Carolina was his first to change back.

When they took the VERY well-paid inventors name off the pancake syrup, no one really cared.
When they kept the land picture but removed the Indian from the butter packages, no one really cared.
A piece of water that doesnât belong to anyone. Who cares what itâs called?

I kinda cared a little about the syrup - but I guess because I donât eat a lot of pancakes I donât really care. I donât really care about renaming the Gulf, or the bases, except I wonder what the cost of that is - with the bases, all the signage and stuff will need to be changed back - I thought Liberty was a stupid name to replace Bragg; but Iâve always been a fan of Hal Moore, so am a little bummed that he no longer has a base named after him. But really, i think we have bigger problems than renaming the Gulf, so that just seems a little silly to me.

It me took NO TIME, to adjust!
If tomorrow he wanted to call the Panama Canal, the Miami Canal, Iâd be just fine.
If I could, Iâd donate to the Trump/Rushmore campaign.
Thatâs possibly a little over the top, no pun intended, but would be worth every penny!
