Yet a patriot like you, will get bombarded or even warned about your comments by politically correct moderators! Yet anti right or attacks by the other side is ignored!? You forgot a couple of topics. It’s bad if you’re for PROLIFE but ik to get gov. Funding to kill fetuses in late stage or even newly born babies? Groups creating their own little niche such as Pink Gunners only serves to isolate them even more from everybody else!! I thought we as firearm owners and 2nd ammendment supporters were supposed to be as ONE! Yet groups like this only serve to further isolate themselves with their little clickish anti rest of us group and in essence accuse the rest of us as being Homophonic, or LBGCWEXYZ phobic. The problem, with your statement is that this is a site, to primarily discuss 2nd Amendment and self defense based topics. It is not primarily a political forum. We do have discussions of that nature, with respect. Also, the 1st amendment stops the government from limiting your speech. This site is not run by the government. This is the house that @Dawn built, and she welcomed all of us in. You don’t go to a party, and complain about the hostess.

Yea I understand what you’re saying. However I’ve read way too many posts that were political and where leftists were bashing right. That’s usually the order of things for years. Nobody at the party was stopping those comments, except the people invited to the party. Not even the hostess that I could see. Right, this should.be about firearms couple with safe shooting defense tactics, sport shooting, but Not politics! Everytime politics is involved the LEFT Always Wins because nobody has the balls to stand up to them for fear of being labeled anti this, anti that, with all their political correctness! This was the order of the day when some nobody with no history of anything except radicalism was put in charge! With that said, im.sterrimg away from all.this nonsense. This is not why I joined. You’ve read 384 post. My ticker says I’ve read north of 50 thousand. I’ve been in heated discussions, with others like @Ben_Blanc, and we kept it civil. I’ve voiced my opinions, and realized that this is not the avenue to voice those opinions. Whether we agree with someone’s personal life or not, they have come here to seek advice, and give advice about self defense. ES16 new his post was inflammatory, he even prefaced it that way. Hen, he “picked a fight” with Ben, while saying goodbye, then he didn’t leave. But, continued to agitate. Not discuss, agitate. I’m glad you are a USCCA member, because it is the best organization for the exact reasons you mentioned. But, I don’t remember seeing any Christian (I am one too) prerequisites for membership. Would your opinion of the site differed, if this topic was DOA?
The ironies that we are confronted with in this current politically correct world seem to grow in numbers without end. That was the point of the initial post, I believe, and to a lot of people who, like myself, have some years on them and remember the simpler times in which we grew up and ‘came of age’, the ironies are glaring and the world in which we live does seem bizarre. Granted, there are also a lot of younger people who see the irony, but the differences in values of the parents doing the raising today are much more diverse than in those simpler times I mentioned. Forty years ago, I couldn’t have imagined the world around me now; one thing’s the same though…kindness never goes out of style.
No not really. I understand where ever theres a large group of people, opomopms will differ. We aren’t all the same after all. I wouldnt want to leave simply because of what may strike a sore nerve on some. My personal feelings about certain topics and issues have become agitated as things in this country have seemed to go off the charts in so many areas where these things weren’t ever issues in the not so distant past. For one, I cannot take anymore whining about inequality from groups that have isolated themselves in self pity while claiming everybody hates them due to their color, sex preference, gender preference, or religion. Wallowing in “Ohhh poor poor me”! Listen people ha e to Grow Up, and live their lives without blaming the world for their shortcomings. I wouldnt even know where to start if I was going to tell things I’ve had to deal with against odds. My life has been quite short of wonderous and is currently, prior to this disaster we’re all facing, quite a few levels below lousy. But im not about to whine and lit the blame on everybody and their uncle because if my problems! Cant see me starting my own little group of whiners who group together to push our problems or insecurities on the entire country. Instead I deal with all my stuff, as best I can and continue to push forward as hard as it is or as hopeless as may seem. Just a state of mind is all it takes, not other whiners to lean on. So again, No I wouldn’t feel much better if these issues were DOA. There will always be people who need these discussions and that’s ok. I just fee l better not getting into it like now. However, the bright side is, and yes there IS a bright side, there is so much more to keep a person interested and happy on USCCA. will just concentrate on that.
