But didnāt the Supreme Court Block Trumpās DACA revocation order ābeforeā it could be acted upon?
The executive order was issued, several states immediately filed suit and a temporary injunction was ordered stopping enforcement.
Still not sure they had āstandingā
DACA was an Executive Memorandum to start it, and Trump should have been able to end it with an Executive Order.

Yup the dozen or so laws the Sacramento shooters broke that night didnāt deter them. But maybe if they have to break 2 dozen next time theyāll think twice
