2021 USCCA COMMUNITY PARTICIPANT OF THE MONTH OFFICIAL RULES

  1. This contest is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in this contest you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements, and you acknowledge that the results of the contest as determined by Delta Defense, LLC (“Delta”) are final in all respects.

  2. ELIGIBILITY. You must be registered with the USCCA Community to be eligible to win this contest. A new contest will begin on the first day of the month and will end on the last day of the month (the entry period), USCCA Community Participants who complete one (1) of the following activities, during that time, will be entered into a drawing:

  • Make 100 comments in a calendar month

  • Start a topic with more than 35 responses in the calendar month
    (meme threads are NOT included)

  • Yearly anniversary specified month and visited the Community during that calendar month

  • Moderator nominated for behavior going above and beyond

    Each eligible instance will receive one (1) entry to the corresponding monthly drawing. Entries do not carry over to the next month.

  1. Winner Selection. Between the 2nd and 7th of each month immediately following the entry period, a random drawing of qualified participants will occur. One (1) winner will be selected in this random drawing.

  2. USCCA is not giving away firearms or ammo as a part of this contest. Because it is illegal in some states to ship firearms and ammo, and it is difficult to legally transfer a firearm to an FFL. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

  3. Conditions.
    a. By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Delta and its judges.
    b . Any and all state, local or federal taxes and/or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winning content creator. Based on the value of prizes, a portion of winnings may be withheld to satisfy IRS requirements. Winners will be required to complete and deliver all necessary local, state, and/or federal tax reporting documents to Delta, including but not limited to a W-9 form containing sensitive and private information of the winner, which forms and information will be used by Delta only for tax reporting purposes, and winners should send this information to Delta through an encrypted e-mail or via mail. Delta does not provide any tax advice to winners regarding the contest and/or prizes and the winner should consult with their tax advisors before accepting any prize.
    c. The prize(s) is/are not transferable.
    d. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Delta.
    e. The winner may be required to execute and return within seven (7) days of date printed on notification, an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation Delta reasonably requires for prize fulfillment.
    f. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Delta and its independent judging organization accept no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize awarded hereunder.
    g. Delta reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the contest, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Delta determines that the contest cannot be conducted as planned, or should a virus, bug, tampering, or unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond Delta’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the contest.
    h. Delta is not responsible for any errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including the posting of these official rules, inaccurate transcription of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, the inability to access any website or online service, selection or announcement of any winner, or distribution of any prize.
    i. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
    j. By entering this contest you agree that if you win a prize, Delta can publish your business name and location of business in any media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, without limitation.

  4. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning the contest is 1 in 300 depending on the number of USCCA Community Participants who qualify for an entry based on the entry criteria described above.

  5. Winner. Delta will contact the winner via USCCA Online Community Private Message by the 15th of the month immediately following the entry period.

  6. Prizes: The prize awarded and the ARV of the prize is as follows:

  • One (1) winner will receive $47 ARV in prizes that will be fulfilled via actual physical items at the discretion of the USCCA Community Manager and the USCCA Director of Merchandise Strategy & Planning.
  1. Void Where Prohibited by Law. This contest and your participation in it is void where prohibited by law.
