No what caused the Civil War was States attempting to secede from the Union while the Constitution was still in place. If a State agreed to join the Union as the Constitution was written they have no right to leave, however if the Constitution is no longer in place or is being re-written without a State having a vote on the changes, they have every right to leave.
Seems? Well let’s put an amendment in that says no one can seem to to want to re-write anything. The Supreme Court doesn’t make laws or re-write the constitutional amendments.
Brother, I couldn’t stand the stuff that came from that guy’s head and blocked him about a month or so back. The forum is much more pleasant for me now. I know he’s still out there, thinking like he does, and occasionally writing it down for all the world to see, but at least I don’t have to see it.

Anyway, if any of our enemies are paying attention, I’d suggest thinking twice about FAFO with the US. Between our formal military and “We the People” (a well regulated militia indeed) things won’t end well for the bad guys.
