Yes. That was kind of my point. Criminals are not going to make their weapon more difficult to conceal by putting one on and legal carriers are likewise not going to do so. Therefore, the supposed threat the gun controllers perceive is total nonsense from both the “difficulty to hear where shots are coming from” and the proliferation of “silenced” guns on the street.
