Wishful thinking here, at best. Nothing here resembles the reality of the situation in the slightest.
Truth be told, US can’t do anything. Nobody’s afraid of US anymore. The US, economically speaking, is a dead man walking.
US in not reformable, regardless who is in power. Drumpf? Kamel? Same results.
Federal debt is now eating up the entire Federal budget.
Medicine not reformable.
Education system a complete fiasco.
No overseas jobs coming back. Not ever.
Huge swaths of the American Public are on anti-depressants, opioids, spaced out on other illegal and legal substances, drunk. Not much can be done with them.
Police force violent and out of control. Federal police weaponized against their own citizens.
The rest of the world is forming a new order – excluding USA.
USA is on a death watch. Can’t do diddly.
Ukraine will cease to exist as soon as US support dries up. Likely much sooner than later.
Israel Lobby owns most of the US Congress. And Israel will continue to extort cash and weapons from US as long as they can. So the question for Israel is when Israel has nothing more to milk from USA – then what? Here’s what: once Israel no longer has US support – their enemies in the region will vanquish them. And that will finally be the end of Israel and most of the problems in that region of the world.
Where will all the po’ po’ Israelis go?!
They’ll think of something. It’s a big wide world out there. Someone will take them in or give them a chunk of real estate somewhere they can crawl onto.
US will not much longer be able to provide for Israel.
This is a death watch, a waiting game.
Prepare for USA collapse.

Of most recent, what is the threat level that Ukraine will use “nuclear” bombs against “Russia”? Was there a recent change or development related to NATO, or the U.S., some how increasing this risk?

Last I saw, only 8 countries had nukes. Ukraine wasn’t one of them.

USA will never be at a BRICS meet. They aren’t invited.
On other meetings, they are obnoxious, interrupting, demanding, threatening, domineering, etc.
Ukraine has no nukes.
What they do have is NATO, US and UK backing and now access to their missile delivery systems.
It is Russia who has decided to use nuclear weapons. The threat from the Collective West is enough to warrant an existential threat to Russia and they will not tolerate it.
I imagine the rest of the world by now has gotten a good look at those digital motion pictures of the Russian Oreshnik missiles landing and have begun to realize that Russia is not to be played with.
We cannot match them.

@Ted64 is trying to start another Cold War. It wasn’t real then, it is not real now.
When Ukraine broke free, (I believe Clinton was president ) we swooped in and confiscated their nuclear missiles. Some or all of them went to Russia to be dismantled.

Now Trump gave a speech recently during which he said what I have been saying all along, even before Russia’s Special Military Operation began in Ukraine…
Russia has warned the West repeatedly over the last two+ decades: NATO expansion to Russia’s borders is an act of war and an existential threat to Russia and will not be tolerated. He admitted and complained Biden broke the rules and caused all this trouble and none of it was necessary and if he had been president this mess would never have happened!
Trump couldn’t be righter. He hit the nail on the head. All we gotta do is stop sending more cash and weapons to the Zelensky trash and it’s all over.
Furthermore, Putin has said, Zelensky is not recognized as the legitimate president of Ukraine nor will his life be spared. Ukraine must have an election and get a legitimate president before negotioations can continue between Ukraine and Russia.
Look for the mess we made over there to end sooner rather than later. No thanks to you.
And here’s the other thing, about the Oreshnik missiles:
Putin has put forth a simple proposition to the Collective West: They all may agree on one target in Ukraine. Putin will stand down and allow the West to put up whatever defensive apparatus they may have on this chosen ground. Then Russia will launch Oreshnik – and the West can try to stop it. We’ll see what happens.
No, I didn’t make that up. Putin actually said that.

I’ll say it again: This Special Military Operation began when Russia says it began and will end when Russia says it will end.
And the West will be leaving.
NATO’s expansion to Russia’s borders is not an act of war. Not tolerating it is a bunch of shenanigans. The shenanigans need to be stopped.

We will have to agree to disagree.
The cold reality is that we are facing the prospect of a frozen conflict coupled with Russia annexing even more Ukrainian territory, leaving Ukraine as a broken rump state. This is a tragedy for sure, but it almost certainly could have been avoided if US leaders had heeded the warnings of the many wise opponents of NATO expansion during the 1990s.
