I took this picture of the run off filling up the stream bed and pushing on the bridge in the middle of Murray park this morning.
Then I got home and read this,
You just never know how close something weird is.

Get a police scanner and listen to what is going on around you. You will not feel too safe after listening to the goings on around you.

Fortunately in my little town the only thing we would hear is the highway patrol occasionally pulling over some speeders.
Unfortunately I will be back working in SoCal later this month where the scanner would likely be going off none stop.
