When my coworker asked what I thought about this debacle, my first response was a .22LR is quick and cheap.
Which of course sparked the “humane/cruel-unusual” conversation.
We got on about how euthanasia of pets is common and extremely effective….. what difference is there in the human concoction?
Then again the “humane”
And it popped into my head, fentanyl laced last meal.
Chow down, feel amazing, pass out, never wake up!
Done and done.

My opinion, criminals that have forfeited their lives (wasting money on death row) should not be afforded any restraints when it comes to life ending methods. Inject a sleeping agent and cremate them. End of story.

EXACTLY man HUMANE! Enough of this Social Justice Malarkey!’ We have to consider the pain of the Inmate as they are executed’… My answer is NO WE DON’T! The Courts convicted them and now it is Society’s JOB to dispatch the Criminal to the Hereafter! Cheaply, No Fuss, and yes Humanely.

We spent centuries developing the most effective execution methods firing squad, hanging, guillotine. Then lace panty politicians decided to adopt one of the least tested and the highest failure risk method because weebs can’t stand the sight of, whatever (as executions aren’t public anymore).
I’d like to use the Old Testament method, a good old fashioned crucifixion, if it was good enough for Jesus, it’ll damn well be good enough for anyone else. If they survive a day on the cross, then give them the option of a decisive poke in the ribs or breaking their legs and leaving them to starve.

I’m with @Mike164 and @Will_B on this one..low cost, probably free in the evidence room anyways, about as humane as you can get, realizing we all will face judgement at the end of our time here, this is a quick and quiet method. Judge not …

Sequel was the first one I watched and was fine on it’s own. Beyond fine, I watched with laptop/ headphones and the wife was wondering what was cracking me up..

.22lr to the back of the dome will suffice.
.308 creates too much splatter for efficient clean up.
