The TACRAY Folding CHEF'S Knife

For my LAST folder, I picked a unique design. This comes in a 10” version with a 4.4” blade, and a 12” version with a 5.49” blade - I bought the big boy on AMAZON. The steel is a complex “Cr”-series stainless - a Chinese clone of the NOW banned-for-export VG10, used for Japanese high-end kitchen knives. You have a choice of black or orange G10 grips, with a button-lock, pocket-clip and lanyard-hole. It has a long, high, offset handle that flares toward the butt - with a concave thumb-rest - and plenty of clearance for your knuckles for chopping. These are sold only through their website or AMAZON - don’t look for price-breaks soon.
