The homerun we've been waiting for?

I’m sure you’re going to add these details later but I will save you the trouble. The cases were thrown out because the Judge ((and of course it was a Democrat appointed Judge who appointed another Democrat Judge to rule on the Defenses motion) claimed that Assistant United States Attorney Halligan lacked standing due to no relevant Prosecutorial experience. Fun fact, to be an Assistant U.S. Attorney does not require Prosecutorial experience. It requires 1-3 (Depending on jurisdiction) years of experience as an attorney and being a member of the Bar. Just another Judge pulling rainbows out of their ass.

Key qualifications for AUSA positions in Virginia include:

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

U.S. citizenship.

Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.

At least one year of post-J.D. legal experience.

Meeting a residency requirement for the district you work in.

If you think optimistically your replies will be more positive and optimistic. Hope this helps.

And all of the prosecutors that have experience refused to sign off on the charges, because they are bullsh!t. So Trump needed a political hack to sign them. Next step is to have the caes thrown out on their merits if Trump tried to refile them.

If we didn’t have judges that think THEY are above the law, we wouldn’t have these problems.
