Taking my daughter to the range tomorrow

I just wanted to share how excited I am to take my daughter shooting. She’s visiting right now, and even though most of our energy is all around this coming storm, tonight she asked me to show her all about handguns, and to take her to the range tomorrow. We went over pistols and revolvers, she worked on grip and sight picture, and did dry fire. Tomorrow we go and do some live fire together. I couldn’t be more happy and more of a proud pop.

Her boyfriend who’s a really decent guy and someone I like, was on face time and learning too. The poor guy lives in NJ right now and knows it’s a communist state. Still, I’m glad he’s interested and learning. Hopefully he moves soon to a free state.

That is exciting. I recently did this with my daughter and she really enjoyed it. I started off by renting a .22 and then she shot my 9 for a little bit. Turns out she is a really good shot.
