Does anyone know anything about the survival kit that is included with the platinum and elite membership? I have not received mine, Thanks to anyone who knows what’s going on with that.

It’s not a bad little kit… I say little because it is small.
It’s got a whistle, fire starter, small thing of rope, multi tool, a map directional tool with compass, antibacterial wipes, emergency bandage, flashlight, window buster and a metal clip with elastic attached to it. Oh and add a daylight signal mirror.

Sorry. I don’t know for sure, and realize I’m several months from this initial post.
The USCCA store sells items of interest. As far as the free give-aways from USCCA; I think they have one for brand new first time members, but that item changes around every 4 months or so, so if it was at one time a bag/kit, it could change months later; From their store, if one buys a certain total cost of items, sometimes they have a gift, and the online community has raffles or rewards.
But if the main title is of interest; Has anyone tried a good water straw which cleans water out in the field? Check out this example and tips on an outdoor survival kit:

Life Straw. I bought 10 for the various packs and I kept one in the car to try out, I have drank out of lakes, streams and rivers with no ill effects. Use the pre filter and clean them out as per instructions.
