So once you take the RSO COURSE the certificate does not expire or has to be renewed ? Thanks
The RSO course how long is the certificate good for ? I had taken the Course back in September 2020. Do you have to retest and how long is the certificate good ? Does it ever expire?
@Terry84 - I followed up with our Training Team to double-check and there was a slight change to the original answer.
UPDATED: The RSO certification is good for 1 year from the completion of the course. To renew, you simply retake the online course. You do not have to purchase it every year, just redo the course you’ve already purchased.

How long did it take you to do the course online? Is the $97 a one time fee and you just renew online each year? Is there a time frame when you renew before and after expiration date if you are too early or too late? Do you know if the course is only online or can it be done in a physical class?
