Yes, And Dave 17 just likes to reply to everthing I write, and no were did I write What is RKBA? Good- By Dave17.
Still waiting on my AR-15. LOL
Actually, yes, you did. I assume you can see where your post right above my reply has been edited. I highlighted your comment and clicked âQuoteâ, as I did with this comment of yours.
Still waiting on your valuing our rights over your feelings.
If you post something, people have a right to reply.
Just send me the money, you lost. I have always believe in the RKBA and I will still go by the Laws of the USA.
So then Mortars should be legal for citizens to purchase right?
LOL, you are you on drugs, Larry4?
Yes, we are âallowedâ to own them.
All talk, no action. Dave17. This is just like Facebook!
Just because a person has a felony doesnât mean they are a bad person. There is no mention of criminal records or age limits in the second amendment.
Thatâs cause there was 14 year old boys fighting for their country. Felons that donât have violent criminal records should be able to own firearms.
Not on FB. However, the no action part is on you, as I set a condition that you are unable/unwilling to meet. I find it odd that you supposedly are a well-trained, and knowledgeable firearm owner, yet know little to nothing about firearm laws, and have a strong adversion to a medium-powered rifle, yet, apparently, no issue with any other rifles, many being high-powered.
You have yet to answer what are the characteristics of the AR-15 that differ from other rifles that makes you believe it should be banned. It was never a military arm. It is semi-auto, as many other firearms. The standard capacity mag is not different than many other rifles you have no issues with. We are âallowedâ to own many arms (not just firearms) that are genuine, or replicas of, military arms.
You claim to believe in the RKBA, yet have difficulty in believing in the RKBA as outlined in our federal Constitution, and, yet, further claim to believe in following our laws. Apparently you are okay with not following our Constitution, but more than willing to believe in and follow laws that are contrary to our Constitution on which our federal government is based and contrary to our inalienable rights that are guaranteed by our Constitution.
The disregard for the Constitution is destroying our Country.
If they are a convicted felon, and safe for us to let out of prison, they should have their rights restored. All of them. If they are a convicted felon, that canât be trusted with a gun, should we even let them out?
People need to stop being so soft and understand that thereâs evil people that jail wonât fix and need the death penalty like Joseph Rosembaum.
I never said and AR-15 should be banned and itâs the US Constitution not the federal government Constitution. And this page is about the repeal NFA Act because people donât want to pay the tax for NFA firearms. And their is nothing wrong with, the ATF laws, itâs just something we have to live with. Unless NFA laws are repealed.
You think that AR pistols make sense?
Itâs not that easy, You have ATF Law and I live in the State of IN. so you have IN. Law on what is a rile and what is handgun and you have ATF Law on the same thing. My handgun has A 14 round mag. plus one in the barrel and I carry two more mags with 14 rounds for a total of 43. And AR pistols with 30 rounds meg, if they make it and itâs not unlawfully go for it. PS: I donât know what you, would want two more mags with 30 rounds for, if the AR is 223 or 5.56. I say that because you canât go hunting with that round in the state of IN. But you could shot up a lot of cans. PSS: and AR pistols dose not make sense to me.
I live in Texas and hogs are so bad thereâs wild herds that run through the suburbs. Citizens need 90 Round Mags because Criminals have 90 round mags. Magpulâs slogan is Unfair Advantage for a reason.
That is not the issue, but that is another issue. The ATF does not have laws, it has regulations. Our presidents have signed laws created by our Congress. The Constitution of the United States or US Constitution is our federal Constitution, states also have constitutions.
No, we do not have to just live with unconstitutional laws. Vote pro-rights politicians into office, call, write, lobby, etc., our reps, hold rallies, etc., to fight for our rights. So what exactly are you against when you state âlikes to push the 2nd to far (sic)â? If you believe the US Constitution, aka federal Constitution, Constitution of the United States, Constitution of the United States of America, how is one âpushing too farâ, when the Second Amendment states âshall not be infringedâ?
No one argued for that, neither did anyone state we âneedâ that. Under the Second Amendment, what is the meaning of the word âarmsâ? According to our SCOTUS, in United States v. Miller, the federal government âcannot prohibit the possession or use of any weapon which has any reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well-regulated militia.â They then eviscerated that by declaring a âsawed-offâ, aka short-barreled shotgun (SBS) serves no military purpose, opposite of what our military actually believes.
No hogs here and no Criminals that have AR 15, at least not were I live
