It’s a start. Some of these restrictions dont make any sense. I dont know PA but where I’m at I’m limited to straightwalled pistol sized ammo. They say its do to range of modern rifles. I can use a modern muzzleloader that we all know can 300yards but I can’t use a bottle neck. Go 5 miles north and I can use whatever I want.

Fins and feathers of any state are more political vs scientific. Hope it works for PA
