That would really depend on several factors Oscar.
First, Oregon has laws about carrying a concealed pistol in a vehicle but doesn’t have anything that I’m aware of for rifles. I would definitely google it and check your area and see what the local laws are and what you should and shouldn’t do. I googled and found this site as having some decent info:
