That would really depend on several factors Oscar.

First, Oregon has laws about carrying a concealed pistol in a vehicle but doesn’t have anything that I’m aware of for rifles. I would definitely google it and check your area and see what the local laws are and what you should and shouldn’t do. I googled and found this site as having some decent info:

Oregon state law allows open carry of rifles and pistols. BUT, state law allows cities and counties to outlaw or regulate open carry. Sometimes it gets complex. In some cities you can open carry pistols and rifles but they have to be unloaded. In some, pistols can be loaded, but not rifles. It’s such a mess that I would never rely on the state law allowing open carry while traveling in Oregon. I have a carry permit, so I’m in the clear. If I didn’t, I’d keep it unloaded and in the trunk. If I was driving my pickup, it would be unloaded and behind the seat.
