It’s not going to help their case if they blatantly lie about what happened. The kid is a dissenter, said he honked on the way by the arrest in progress. Fine, your way of broadcast your opinion. But Damn it ICE Cops, don’t Ducking Lie About What Happened! You KNOW there are cameras everywhere, You are being watched and filmed. Just get the riff raff, package them up and send them off to, well who cares where you send them, just get them out of here.

If it was not a legitimate stop, I agree that this isn’t good.
However, the video does not show where the passing vehicle was prior to the narrow window shown in the clip. Was he originally in the further left lane, honking and yelling as he switched lanes to be closer? I have no idea. If that was how it occurred, it does not seem unreasonable to think the driver was moving in a threatening manner, especially in the very brief moment of time that they would have seen and heard the vehicle, and already in a situation of stress and heightened alert.

So, I watched the video….
I can’t say that he “swerved” towards the officers….
However there are TWO lanes!
And our protester here could’ve chosen a MUCH wider berth!
At least here in Colorado, the law is
“move over or slow down for stopped emergency vehicles”
NOT
“get close and honk at emergency vehicles at full speed”

My first thought was that his honk was like a salute to them for getting the illegals out or making them aware he was there. I couldn’t tell which one was him from the video. If there was a car behind him he wouldn’t be able to get over safely. IDK if he slowed down or not. I think the worst part is they tried to charge him with something he didn’t do. Not trying to gaslight but I think ICE acted emotionally. After it is all said and done. I think people should control their emotions and not let their emotions control them.
