Nice. Maybe a few more will get issued as a matter of convenience. The permits denied will mean hours in court and folks are lazy! I am insulted by the notion of “may issue” stuff. If in fact the 2A is a right, then states MUST be “shall issue”. Anything less affords the Gov opportunity to take away or simply deny a citizen’s right to carry.
