The Brazilians perfected this years ago. Even at this, NYC won’t be able to compete. Smart people should walk away from the city and watch it collapse.
“Him or them?” Women don’t steal? Or he insinuating that women aren’t capable of driving scooters? I love this stuff. If they had three sides to their mouths, they’d use all three.

Indeed, they did. I have seen briefcases and purses lifted out of the back seat while the vehicle was still moving down the road.
