Best for New Mexico is to make it a non-sanctuary state and seriously, severely punish crime to the core for anyone wanting to commit crimes in New Mexico that’ll make them think twice to NOT MESS WITH NEW MEXICO. Get some real true leadership with BIG COJONES (male or female) that respects, honors, protects, and have a hardcore WILL of living by the New Mexico CONSTITUTION and the CONSTITUTION of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and THE BILL OF RIGHTS(Constitutional Carry and Permitless Carry State)!!! TOP NOTCH Governor, Mayors, Senators, Representatives, Legislators, STRONG HARDCORE LEADERSHIP, the whole Enchilada for this BLUE STATE or TURN IT OVER to the REPUBLICANS that WILL MAKE NEW MEXICO GREAT AGAIN!!! 
SERIOUSLY!!! Top Education, Top Jobs, Safer Streets (drugless, homelessness, crimeless streets). Bring severe law and order to all DRIVERS (speeders, road-rages), on New Mexico Streets, Highways, Byways (obey speed limit signs), and all roadways, great wages, road repairs, so much more to do for New Mexico. 
By the way, where’s all the New Mexico Infrastructure Money!

How long does NM DPS take to issue the CCW? i see they “have 30 days” but im at 29 and haven’t received anything.. is this normal?

Things move really slow in NM, as 8 years term Mayor Tim Keller stated, “Things take time” so YES this is normal in NM, just the way molasses runs, and hurry up and wait!!!
