She set a 30 day limit on the order so it could not be immediately challenged in court. If enforced, I hope one of the individuals fined or charged sues in court.

He should immediately be impeached as well as any and all Representatives and Senators who have gone along with his agenda!
This would make the Oath of Office viable again as it was when it was written. That was when a man’s (or woman’s) word was their bond.
Every one of them should also be charged with perjury as it is a sworn oath. If they didn’t intend to keep it they shouldn’t have sworn to it and thus could not have been placed in their position.
At last count there are dozens of groups suing the Governor and State Republicans are not only suing but have submitted articles of impeachment.
Also, the New Mexico Attorney General has refused to defend her.
I think she should push back against the ruling to see what happens. Nobody likes a quitter!
