Un-plucking believable. This reminds me of the debate I had on here about women placed in jobs they physically can’t do. All because of some social justice pin head’s idea of what’s right instead of the demands of the job.
Just because a woman WANTS to be a ________ doesn’t mean she should be. If anybody can’t meet the demands of the job, they shouldn’t be able to have the job.
In NYC and the FDNY they went from calling the hiring program Affirmative Action to Priority Hires who could
Not meet the traditional requirements / rigors of the physical training and pass demonstrating that at the conclusion of Fire Academy Training School. They were given extra chances to perform to pass standards and still failed repeatedly, but were politically forced on the FDNY against their protests.
This resulted in more frequent and serious on the job injuries and time lost than the department had ever experienced previously.
A big brouhaha resulted with accusations, and hearing from both sides.
Firefighter’s that voices concerns were disciplined.
The Department stuffer a lot because of the political pressure to comply and diminished sub-standards were pushed to allow hires that previously would have been washouts from even being acceptable candidates let alone graduating the course of training.
Those who showed up for work wearing shirts with this logo 
in protest of the city’s policies were disciplined.
