There are a lot of German dishes that I love, but many of them are hit or miss, depending on who makes them and what is used in the recipe. For example, I’ve had excellent Rouladen (my aunt has a delicious recipe), but I’ve also had versions of it that made me want to sandpaper my tongue. And Schnitzel with a mushroom sauce, yum!
