Sounds interesting, but I don’t believe the horseradish was a good accompaniment with the chocolate. 
Yes, I know it was a gag, but I believe the flavor of the habanero would complement the chocolate well. I have had chocolate bars with hot pepper and they are good. I use habanero in my guacamole and in my hummus, but just enough to give it just a bit of heat.
