AND…
You mean lies like saying a reservoir was drained for a rare fish when 1 second of research shows it was closed for maintenance.
You seem to think not.
Except they were ruled by incompetent dictators. We are not.
Yes, I have read “The Art of War” several times.
Fun fact: we do not have the complete book. several chapters seem to be repeated or restated having been lost in translation coming from the same chapter.
(Not sure how the quote is related though.)
Still a great work well worth reading.
Indeed, I usually come back to it every 6 months or so.
Not gonna drag this out. We can respectfully disagree. But our government has killed off many of its own citizens through direct or careless actions.
For example: the (at best) sloppy withdrawal from Afghanistan, Hilary Clinton and Benghazi, stupid wars that we weren’t allowed to win, but cost us tens of thousands of American lives, etc.
Not to mention the legalization of the mass murder of millions of unborn individuals via “abortion” and the twistedness of encouraging and funding so called “gender reassignment” mutilization and chemical abuse via drugs. Yeah. Forgive me for not being trusting of “big brother.” I respectfully have my reasons.
I personally don’t find it so hard to believe that our government’s response to Covid was incompetent at best and perhaps even intentionally harmful and deadly to the citizens they were elected or hired to protect. The track record of the US Government could use a full fledged audit.
Again, YMMV.
This is one of the great thing about our country. We are free to disagree with one another.
We have to respect the person. We don’t have to respect their opinion. I don’t have any less respect for someone who’s opinion I don’t respect. Love makes the world go round.
“(Not sure how the quote is related though.)”
interesting… this statement IMHO strongly suggest you may are not be a deep thinker,
perhaps you are unobservant???
or perhaps deliberately ignoring current information,
or a paid or unpaid shill for the CCP perhaps???
how can you NOT see any parallels with the current situation???
I try to learn something from everyone I interact with even if I disagree with them. The robust exchange of ideas is a big part of what makes this country great. I despise name calling, inflammatory arguing, and mud slinging when it’s done by either side. I even wonder if my post above was too snarky. It certainly wasn’t meant to be directed at anyone.
I appreciate your perspective and sensitivity here and your appropriate reminder.
Thanks. Where we go one we go all. I appreciate the kind words.
Do you? You were the one posting about reliable sources, so I asked. You can’t seem to answer the question. As to the CDC, their data was reliable, but their news releases were MSM BS. Their data debunked the narrative. In times past, the media would have highlighted the truth and outed the BS narrative. At the time, just the opposite occurred. Recall, “masks don’t work” Fauci? How many times did he debunk himself on just that narrative alone?
