Where I work, I am required to wear a dress-shirt-and tie (which I am comfortable with, and have no complaint!). Besides that, tucking my shirt in is what I have ALWAYS done and do, even when not wearing a tie, or just dressing casually or lounging around the house. However, I struggle with how my AIWB holster’s clips seem to be blatantly visible. Unless I’m wearing black pants, it seems to me that anyone can see them and recognize them for what they are.
Would you all consider this “printing”? and if so, what can I do to hide those clips (and suggesting I wear another shirt or suitcoat to hang over my waistband, well, I’ve already considered, and its’ not really an option).
I would immediately know you had a holster in there, but, I know what I’m looking at. I don’t know if the average office worker would realize what the clips mean. You could switch to a black belt to further camouflage the clips, I suppose. Honestly, probably most people would never give it a second glance.
I dress very similarly for work, and work in an office where printing would be very bad. That’s why I gave up on any IWB carry and settled on pocket carry for work.
hmmm… if your shirt were not tucked into your trousers but hanging over your belt hiding the clip I doubt anyone would know but many seeing that small clip would probably know…

The belt does not need to be worn as a traditional belt with loops, you can simply wear it under your shirt(s) and then attach your holster to it. If you are familiar with a product call the Enigma, it’s similar in that regards. I use this setup (HC belt + CERTUM3 IWB / P365 Xmacro, with gym shorts, sweatpants or the occasional dress-shirt / tie without a sports coat.
