Sorry you are having to deal with having your identity stolen! While some of us here have discussed identity theft from time to time and a few may have experienced it I think most here are more focused on and experienced in preventing more direct forms of theft and assault.

I suspect there are forums out there that focus specifically on Identity theft as well as organizations and lawyers who specifically deal with this issue. You are likely to get much more useful information from those sources than our limited experience here can provide.

Contact your State Attorney General’s office and/ or the consumer ptotection bureau. If you are a senior there is also AARP. Good luck.
