I favor fast opening designs like Emersons, Kershaw Blurs and similar. This particular knife only requires a swift swipe and it snaps open “quietly”. Comes from the factory stupid razor sharp and disappears hanging from the back corner of my front pocket so I can take it out and have it my hand without showing any kind of a motion that would appear threatening. The blade design is PERFECT for swift long deep cuts. The kind that change attitudes quickly.

So many of the gang/thugs simply get the highest capacity mag for a gun then do a “spray & Pray” not really giving a s**t who they shoot.
Personally I carry a Walther CCP single stack (8+1) and an extra mag on my belt. I also carry a Ruger LC9s with a 9 round extended mag as a pocket pistol when I’m in shorts without a belt. I do not carry a extra mag whith my pocket pistol.
At times when in a crowded situation like a mall or large event that is NOT gun free, I’ll carry a 1911 with two extra mags.
