If masks work, how did 2 weeks to flatten the curve turn into 18 months? I’m tired of listening to people like @techs, @Owen2, and whoever that other guy was parroting crap they’re hearing on the MSM (who’ve been bought and paid for by big pharma and politicians - who themselves have been paid off by big pharma) and taking it for gospel.

Does Ivermectin work? Yes. Is it better than the vaccine. Yes (because the vax does nothing). Look at countries that have declared an end and gotten on with their lives. Their people are a lot happier and you don’t have this kind of discontent.
I am goint to only respond about the topic of whether or not Hornady could have refused the mandate.
I don’t know all the business dealings Hornady has but I am they sell ammo to Federal Law agencies. I am also going to assume it is a fairly decent amount on a consistent basis based on the articles referring to contracts.
If Hornady decided to fight the mandate, as of Dec 8th that business would be gone. Then because of the reduced demand they would let people go. People would be pissed at that too. Depending on how big those contracts are it could put them out of business.
To make matters worse the OSHA ruling is going to have fines in it. No company will survive very long paying up to a 14000 dollar fine per unvaccinated employee.
It is truly a no win situation for any business these rules will apply to. I am glad I don’t have to make decisions that will impact hundreds or thousands of employees lives. Heck I stress enough about making decions for my 4 person family.
You asked me for an intelligent answer in order to stem the flow everyone would’ve had to mask up like they did during the Spanish flu, I don’t watch news so don’t quote talking points I work in an emergency room at a hospital so see some things first hand if that invalidates me then fine, I have family who are respiratory therapists, that means nothing to some one who want s absolutes in a situation where degrees of satisfaction only exist ! A virus is a living thing it wants to live so it adapts faster than countermeasures can to some degree. Getting a diverse group of people to agree to something as simple as a mask is hard enough look how long it took them to agree on civil rights. So making everyone toe that line of masks was damn near impossible, people want fda approval first look our president said in his own words “This is more deadly,” he said. “This is five per — you know, this is 5 percent versus 1 percent and less than 1 percent, you know. So, this is deadly stuff.”

By your own words, you’re taking other’s opinions and positions with as you stated “a grain of salt”. You want the vaccine and the endless “boosters” that will follow? I support your decision. But to demand that everyone in society be vaccinated to protect you from something you are already vaccinated against in the first place is unreasonable at best and unconstitutional at worst.

The grain of salt was a reference to just take the indifference with a grain of salt. My skin is thick enough to handle criticism especially from a stranger who I never broke bread with. I respect his convictions. He’s standing for something ! I respect that my problem is even if he doesn’t like what I say we should at least respect one another’s opinions we can agree on the stones platform and it’s iterations as being the game changer of the 20th century !
