Say what you will. It’s printed like that on purpose, to send the message that the Supreme Court ruled there is a Gun Free Zone in United States of America…
UM… Maybe… Just maybe ‘AMERICAN SAMOA’ doesn’t really want to be ‘American Samoa’ anymore?

With all the BS flying around the world about ‘Democracy’, ‘Freedom’ and and end to TYRANNY! (in which most of these folk’s who pitch this cannot wait to get in power to implement their own Ideology or subterfuge! to steal the Treasury (once again)) .

But it did not. It was the High Court of American Samoa. Like rulings in a number of state courts and District courts, that ruling can be overturned, and as the story explained it would not go to the US Supreme Court.
No lawsuit is even necessary in American Samoa. The broad authority Congress granted the president under Section 1661 empowers President Trump and Secretary Burgum to overrule this egregious decision. Federal courts have upheld this overruling authority in several cases, though the Supreme Court has never addressed the question squarely.
