The things I ponder sometimes…
Not a perfect system, is it? Still comes down to a judge or judges ruling. If you put garbage judges in you will get garbage rulings out.
Hard to believe, given the obvious vulnerabilities in our justice system, that ours is still the best system known to man. How will we ever make our system more “FOOL” proof?
