Yep, relying on gloves is not that realistic, because in a real-world, no-time-to-put-on event, they’d most likely be left in the kit. The Moleskin Pads sound like a good trade-off.

As a newbie shooter, I’d like to start off 2024 by thanking everyone for their advice and insight. I have used much of this to help me improve, on and off the range.
