Nope. Primary colors are red blue and yellow. Secondary colors are orange, green and violet/purple. Black is a mix of all the colors. Brown is mix of any two complimentary colors, such as red and green, yellow and purple, or blue and orange.

However…the rules governing pigmented colors (such as paint) vs. colored lights are not the same. If you mix red, blue and yellow paint you get a brownish glop (depending upon the percentages of each). If you project red, blue and yellow light onto a white screen you get…white!
