How can a homeless man afford a gun and ammunition?

Well… From a safety standpoint, the owner is responsible for his own death… 
Homeless guy was pointing the muzzle at the dog, because he wanted to neutralize the threat… the owner jumped in front of firing line…
Please, leave homeless guy alone… 
We live in America. 2nd Amendment baby. I am confident that he utilized his EBT card to buy it.
Kind of like asking how they afford cars, RV’s and boats. There is a homeless guy who has an RV and 26 foot boat that has been living in my neighborhood for about a year. Dude is the worst because his RV and boat takes up half the street, but every morning after people leave for work he moves his RV and boat to a different spot in the neighborhood to avoid Portland’s 24 hour rule on street parking. I live in North Portland where a majority of homes have street parking only which is why he does it here, because he is not blocking any driveways when his RV and boat are taking up the parking for 6 vehicles.
