So, this is what I am seeing: the differences between horrible female patrol officers, and these perfectly capable and successful female snipers.
What makes the difference in their success?
The female snipers don’t have big strong men around beating the tar out of them, putting them on the ground and taking them to non-functional.
Clearly the sniping business the females should stick to. Not the patrol officer gig. Not smart.
While it’s true, there are some women who can actually do it, even the patrol officer job, but they are few and far between.
Having a female patrol officer is like hiring me to play pro basketball.
I laugh when female officers attempt command presence.
They haven’t got any command presence.
They are simply counting on everyone cooperating with them for their survival. Or having enough men around to stop the threat.

So the article below is tangentially related to this discussion. I’m not really commenting on anything in this thread.I just honestly found the article fascinating for other reasons and it seemed to connect to this discussion so I offer it.

Yep. This where we’re at. People are actually suing because they’re too dumb, fat and lazy to pass tests. Next step is to lower the standards so the dumb, weak females can pass and be a cop. Then we have a bunch of Cro-magnon female dolts running around our neighborhoods – with loaded guns.
Pray they just pay the suit and keep the already minimal standards they do have. Otherwise, I feel even more sorry for the residents of Maryland.
WV, FL, MPLS, MN policing in dire straits as well. MPLS just hired their first Somalian female officer – who is incidentally dumber than a bag of hammers, and another stupid Hispanic female who is not even a US Citizen!
Maryland has other massive policing problems, too. Some of the worst corruption in America.
Baltimore is the former stomping grounds of former dirty cop, Wayne Jenkins. I wasn’t surprised one bit when that story broke. This guy was absolutely notorious and out of control. He and his accomplices are on the beginning of a twenty five year sentence.

I don’t have a problem with female snipers as long as they can march as hard, commo themselves as good, shoot as well and endure the hardships as well. If they can, welcome to the club.

On a lighter note, I’m gonna admit 2 things.
The first time I saw this post, I read “Female Strippers”.
Secondly, I reached that age where I really need reading glasses.
That being said, the large majority of LEOs, including females, are professional and courteous. When they’re not, the problem is usually coming from the other side. So if someone tells you that most of the cops he/she knows are a-holes, you learn a lot about him/her right there.

This po’, sca’ed little girl cop was denied his Qualified Immunity for this behavior of hers and he took an early retirement while she was being investigated.
Sneaky little beyotch!
Geriatric girls and weak stick-bitches should not be allowed to cop.

As you can see from the posts here, there are certain members who have very strong opinions on certain subjects. Opinionated responses on posts do tend to get a little out of hand and it may seem, at times, that some derogatory comments may be directed at a specific member. Sometimes this is the case, sometimes not.

I’ve found that most people here will have a calm respectful conversation with you as long as you do the same. If you’re trying to make a joke and not sure how it will be perceived, put a couple after it and we will know you’re joking.
