What’s the starting position?
From the holster or from low or high ready?
Low ready. thank you!
What if I keep all 52 cards in the deck?
Sooo, one round per ace,… at each range?
Print a copy of the aces and use it. For that matter print one off for each distance.
What’s the use of a timer?
Asking as someone who’s never used one. (Literally)
It was a jokey,
Same hole through all 4 Aces.
Ok , what is the time ? 4 sec , 5 sec, 7 sec, 5 minutes, a week from Tuesday?
Does this count? I don’t have the option of 2 and 4 yards.
5 yards, 5 cards, 5 rounds, less than 5 seconds from low ready, captured on store/range video ( no, they wouldn’t let me have the video ).
I learned muzzle rise and correction that day.
I was extremely determined! My grandsons were with me.
Had to show them how it was done. A Royal Flush can never be beaten.
stress induction into your shooting. Its amazing what a little bit of pressure can do to a normally competent shooter.
A lot like the dot torture drill.
Why I like airsoft!
Yeah, I get smoked a lot by little $#!+s with CQB long guns, but engaging an active target with just a handgun is the practice I’m looking for.
I can shoot a card at a range….
You might want to print the cards to 8x11 each so you can see them!
More like 4’ x 8’
More like 2x3"
I haven’t split any playing cards in years. This is how we grew up learning to shoot .22 rifles and pistols. Less margin for error on your hits lol.
I totally agree on the FoF training, whether with airsoft or simunitions, so long as you are treating the weapons as you would real firearms. Too many airsofters take suicidal chances that you would never opt for in a real situation, its the same issue we always had trying to use paintball as real FoF training.
When I was a youngling, we put 6 penny nails in plywood and the goal was to drive the nail. You would have to hit them on the head to achieve this. My brother would toss up balls in the air then shoot them.
That must have hurt.
