Food for thought, we could differentiate between fantasy and reality. Maybe the current generation simply can’t. The implications of that are frightening.
I dont think they can. Anyone else remember back in the late 90’s the kid that killed his friend cause he thought he would come back like Kenny on South Park? The world is so virtual between video games and social media, I feel it blurs the line between reality and fantasy, or at the very least, de-sensitizes a person to the implications of their actions. Couple that with the victim mentality and the teaching that no one is responsible and that everyone gets a trophy, it really distorts reality as well as does not allow someone to develop the healthy coping mechanisms for adversity.
"Those ba$tardS!!
Yep, while I was writing the above, I was also thinking about video games where once someone is killed, they “re-spawn.”
I loved Quick-draw McGraw! He didn’t show up very often when I was a kid, though.
I remember El Kabong as the best Quick-draw cartoons.

The ISP need to start publishing a report of how many FOID, CC, and background checks they do each day. There can’t be the kind of volume to explain the delays we are seeing. I picked up a little souvenir on a out of state hunting trip in Jan. I just got the green light to pick it up 2 days ago, a 41 day wait on something that was supposed to be delivered in 72 hours if not denied.
