he may be kind of slow on the draw. but, he makes up for it in surprising the bad guy.

That is some very impressive foot dexterity! Where there is a will there is a way.
Hopefully from a self defense perspective this gentleman is also taking some martial arts classes. If he can manipulate a pistol with his toes he can likely learn to land some very effective kicks and head butts which would be quicker to apply and equally if not more surprising.

In addition his grouping was better than many I have seen from people with two arms and hands.
Wonder what he could do with a braced pistol if the ATF doesn’t succeed in denying him that right?
