I only drink while at home

Well, I’m a big drinker. I had 3 beers and an amaretto last year. All at home and at different times. Legally speaking it depends on the state you are in. Several allow drinking within the legal (for driving) limit. Some don’t allow any. In the communist state of Kalifornia you are not allowed any alcohol when carrying. Nevada and Idaho are different. The key is you need to know the laws in the state where you are.
Personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to have one drink if it were legal where I was. But since my wife is bedridden and I rarely eat out (and never go to bars) that would be an extremely rare occasion. To each his own and you must follow the law covering where you are.
So pile on. That’s my position and I stick by it.
