Let’s face it: Even if you live in a 2nd Amendment friendly state, you may not live in a 2nd Amendment friendly city or county! Or, you may be passing-through an unfriendly-to-2nd-Amendment locale, etc. Liberal prosecutors and/or jurors, worse yet judges, and they will use anything they can against you! Even in a true self-defense or defense of others shooting, you might be in for a ride. Hear some very disturbing trends from two lawyers.

Did you even watch the entire video? Nowhere do they say do not train, or do not practice, etc. In fact, they discussed the very reall possibility that training can be obtained by subpoenas. But the most important thing they said is that you shouldn’t talk so much. Everything, and I mean anything, can be used against you. Your shirts you wear can be used! The little signs you have on your doors can be used.
anyway … nobody forces anybody to watch anything … but unlike you, I am not here just for fun.
A person should have some experience in de-escalation. Having the ability to avoid a problem by se-escalating the situation would have an easier outcome than going to court.

I ‘Upgraded’ my Carry piece to my new .44 Anaconda. I just received my new shoulder rig
and had it adjusted to fit comfortably and now I carry (2) handguns.
That .44 and a back-up Taurus G3c.
I never thought I would utilize a Revolver for my main Battle Weapon but there are a number of reasons why that has changed. IF I am in a shoot now (like before) I want that over fast!
a .44 hit anywhere for me will do the trick (not that .9mm is now anemic/outdated)
The Anaconda (My ‘Annie’) has several reasons for the change also.
The LOOK of yanking that iron outta the Leather will make a statement that should give a bad guy pause (or in today climate Bad Guy’s!) If there are multiple attackers seeing your skell conspirator getting hit with the .44 should give even the stupidest crim pause.
I will say for the record.
At this time I don’t care what the after math (Cops, Courts etc) My one goal is surviving the attack. It’s always been the goal and will continue to be numero uno in my plan.

Amen to that; but not always possible. The other time I presented a weapon was recently. We were on the beach on North Padre Island, Corpus Christi, TX just off of Whitecap Blvd. @ night, having a campfire. My daughter and her friend were dancing to the tunes I had blaring from the golf cart. The cart lights were off. I got a funny feeling like we were being watched in not a nice way, so I looked around. I went behind the golf cart and there, about 25 yards away, was a lone approximate 5’10" latino male, creeping slowly, quietly towards us. I waved; nothing. It was dark, he was alone. He crouched down as if not wanting to be seen, moving closer, so I got my tac light out and put a focused beam directly on him, just to let him know I saw him. I walked around back to the campfire then checked again and he was creaping towards us. It would have been an easy matter to sneak up, turn the key and off he goes with my golf cart rental! (NOTE: We have ALLOT of illegal aliens in South Texas roaming around.) So now I’m figuring he is a threat. I light him up again, he still doesn’t turn away. Then I pulled out my Springfield Armory XDm 45 ACP complete w/ light & laser, though I kept those lights off. (Actually pointing a weapon and or laser - NO - point at nothing you are not absolutely committed to destroy! I turned on the cart headlights, walked in front of them, girls and my wife dancing, singing, etc., and looked right at him with the weapon hanging from my right hand. THEN he turned away and gave us a wide berth, but a dirty look as he scurried on by and disappeared to go try God knows what somewhere else.
He didn’t look like someone who had the opportunity to care for himself, best I could see; and all alone! About 20-25 yrs of age, I surmised. There was nobody else there to witness the event; except my wife, daughter and her friend from church - and they agreed he was ‘spooky’.
BIG DIFFERENCE if you show your firearm in ANY crowded place unless it is absolutely necessary to use that weapon. Just pulling out, alarming others, can become a felony real quick.

Now, today’s headlines included a Mayor decrying heavily armed Venezuelan gangs taking over several apartment complexes. IT WILL GET WORSE! Shots were fired very recently at our main gate guards at Kelly Air Force Base (JBSA Kelly, San Antonio, TX)who also returned fire! A friend based at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX, where China purchased large tracts of land immediately adjacent to the base has been flying drones over the base. (Surveillance? For what? The future attack since tens of thousands of military aged males, not one woman, crossed our borders freely in just the past few months?
Arm up! Stock up! Also, our networks are being heavily probed with, as noted in headlines this very week, a focus on our power-grid networks! If you get a chance, read the book, “GHOST FLEET”. It was created by two men who have been involved in think tanks and are ‘in the know’; great read, one of few books I have read that I literally could not put down … for this is likely how WW III with China & Russia will start. (One really interesting thing in the book caused the Air Force to pull the F-35’s from the flightline and they found out the Chinese chips in it were indeed compromised! We lost F-35 use for a long while as we had to replace those chips.)
China will, I repeat, WILL take Taiwan. It is my humble belief that numerous coordinated attacks upon our bases will cripple us as they take Taiwan, along with our power grids and networks. ALSO, democrats are ‘relaxed’ because the demon-crat judge in NYC will not extend the sentencing hearing for Trump! Consequently, barring some miracle, Trump will show up and be arrested and confined to prison! IF that does not happen, THEN it is my opinion that numerous gangs and other groups are geared-up to bring about mass attacks and give the dems a reason to declare martial law and postpone, or cancel, the elections!
