Well Gav does have his sights on the white house (um… is it okay to say white?) so his insanity does make sense. Odds are that Joe will take another spill again and if he doesn’t get up, all bets are off.

Don’t forget, Auntie Nan is there to offer political advice, augment his election staff and maybe throw in a couple of bucks from her millionaire husband. Plus she has a list of thousands of names who have contributed to her elections over the years and can get an appointment with any politician and bureaucrat she desires. Probably can waltz into the Oval Office without an appointment and not get thrown out.
