What the Demoncrats have failed continually to take into consideration with their gun grabbing tactics is the new, tougher laws they want only hurt the law-abiding citizens. Criminals will still have access to any firearm they choose while we suffer.

The so-called gun violence problem in the nation today is not a gun problem. It is a mental health problem. If all the guns in the world magically evaporated tomorrow, anyone wanting to commit crime or do harm still has the option to do so. They would need to grab a sword, or a pitchfork, or a shovel, 2x4, brick, knife, whatever they could get their hands on and go do whatever they have in their minds to do.

CHANCE FAVORS THE PREPARED MIND.

If someone wants to go commit crime or harm someone else and they have their mind fully engaged to do so, not having a firearm will not stop them.

I think the actual health “crisis” is a mental health crisis amongst the criminal element who think everything must be settled with gunfire. You don’t hear about NRA members or GOA members engaging in shoot-outs. It’s always gang members or other criminal “masterminds.”
It’s seriously annoying that the leftists / statists always want to clamp down on the average American citizen’s Constitutional rights when the problem originates elsewhere.
