Wow. Some of this bill appears to be an effort to get CA’s licensing requirements into compliance with recent SCOTUS rulings. But I saw a whole bunch of new requirements, expenses and intentional criminalizing traps for licensed carriers built into it and I only read the first quarter of the law!
When this Bill passes licensed carriers are going to need to get a lawyer and go through it with a fine toothed comb in order to avoid loosing their rights to carry and jail time.
