Why don’t we pass a law that sends a massive financial penalty 10 million or so with possible jail time for the business owner who prevent our Second Amendment rights from protecting ourselves in their places of business when someone is injured or killed because we were restricted or denied our ability to defend ourselves due to their neglenace and by way of their restricted policies have contributed to said injuries or death? Why not am I missing something here or does this already exist? If not send those businesses a strong message with such a law.
In reality they are responsible for said injury or death and are contributors to a crime that the law abiding citizen may have been able to avoid.

Because private property rights exist.
If a private property owner doesn’t want you to take a gun there, you can’t take a gun there.
You are free to not go there.
It’s that whole “we reserve the right to refuse service”.
Riddle me this: If they are responsible for what happens because you went there without a gun, are they also responsible for what happens if you went there with a gun?
Why would they not also be held liable if someone brings a gun and does harm with it?

One can’t put a price on a life. One can’t put a price on all the lives lost fighting for our rights. The only cure I see is teaching people about being responsibly armed. If everybody knew about responsibly armed you wouldn’t be asking this question. Welcome to the community.

I agree and I like the idea as well, And as i like to add that our 2 A is being stepped on every day by gun grabbers & States who hate guns, or should i say people in charge thge ones who run State. Gov. I feel we need a gun law that is plain & simple. It will state that all the State laws over guns is now void. 2A IS IN PLACE LIKE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN And anyone to trys to pass laws ver to do anything with guns will be fined & placed behind bars. They have no right to do what they do with our gun rights. But we let them tell us and get away with this crap. It has to stop & stop now. Maybe with President Trump we can get something in law that will stop all the crazy stuff a State comes up with. and do away with te worthless A.T.F. DON’T NEED THEM AT ALL.

Yes, I agree you can’t put a price on life, and monetary for the victim is not the the main point I was trying to make. I would say most of these businesses make their rules based on monetary principles. That is either because of fear of being sued or political policies pushed by the liberal non 2nd Amendment people with the threat of the businesses losing money because of possible boycotting the businesses because of an uninfringed Second Amendment. Therefore, The businesses inforce these infringements because of money! So let’s see where their true loyalty lies, in our protection or in their finances. At what amount does their true conviction lie, that is the point. There is no financial price for that can put on human life, but its better than $0

A privately owned business has the right just like you do for your home. If you don’t like their policy don’t give them your business. We keep saying smaller government and here you and others are asking for them to get in more.

Well business are usually privately owned and if they say they don’t want any firearms in there that’s it. I’m not saying I like it so don’t act like I do but just like happened at a cake shop somewhere a few years ago when two homosexual men came in there and wanted the owner to bake a cake for of all things their wedding! And she told them to go to another cake shop because she didn’t believe in that sort of thing and neither did it jibe with her religious beliefs and she was sued and lost, so are you good with that? Point is no one likes to be told what to do and not do in their place they own.
