Then why did she stay waiting for him? Sure she has the right to stay there, but why would she and how was she in “imminent” harm and threatened while he was in the store?

I don’t know on this one Brotherman, there’s a lotta wrong on both sides here but who would you sue? Wally World? for what? having an unsecure Parking lot?, Crazies roaming those Parking lots? Ctazies roaming all over the country ready to pick off an Innocent? but the Gunwoman states she ‘STOOD HER GROUND’? I don’t think so on that either as @Mike164 stated 'She started the conversation with a gun in her hands and as @Ken180 ‘She waited in her car for 20 minutes waiting for him to come out’ That’s Bat sh!t crazy thinking there friend. Nobody deserves to die (that’s a lie) but here a little common sense on both parties would have been helpful.

Watching the full video. she approached his vehicle with handgun concealed behind her ghetto style, deliberately antagonized the man into an argument and then shot him while unarmed. No genius thinking on the part of the vet, but a clear cut case of a CHL handler (if she even had that) starting an argument that escalated into lethal force, something we are all told would land us in prison inside of the first 15 minutes of CHL class. Depending on your race I guess.
