That is what makes people say it is a myth “the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.” One cannot prove he was going to kill someone.
He is innocent until proven guilty. Protecting others is a thankless task but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t. It is it’s own reward.

It’s Las Vegas. Largely dependent on tourism and gambling, LV suppresses any news that might affect their multi-billion dollar businesses. This is good for the self-defense community. Investigations are limited to the most serious and coverage is minimal. i.e. stopping a robbery won’t get you on the local news. It’s better than having your name and address plastered all over the nightly news. IMHO.
