AR Contest: Who is Your Favorite AR Manufacturer?

I’m a big fan of Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) piston AR’s, but you can’t go wrong with an Aero either.

There are a lot of quality manufacturers out there. I’d love to have an FN or Daniel Defense, but out of my price range. Springfield makes a good product for the money and I’ll admit I’m a bit of a fanboy so they got my vote.

My first build was a carbine with Rock River Arms components and it is great. My second build is a pistol with a combination of Spikes Tactical and a 7 1/2" no name upper from CDNN and it needs some tuning to work properly. Probably a buffer change or barrel gas block hole enlargement.

Rock River Arms, I have 2. Love them and for what I paid for them you can’t beat them. I also have RRA car15 upper on an LMT lower. Great rifle for home defense.

My favorite of the few I owned until the boating accident was a custom build. Personally don’t care about names or aesthetics. I want it to run well, handle well, be reliable whether dirty or clean.

POF: Patriot Ordinance Factory, Arizona. I hear they make exceptionally accurate well tuned rifles. Perhaps one day I’ll own an AR.

Sig Sauer M400 AR15 is a MID Line of the total package of AR 15s; $ 1,000.00 or less. There
several other Models that have grown off this Rifle that is used by Police SWAT. It is a 223 / 556
16" barrel and you can build from the basics and up. Sorry I could not get cup holder for it.

I chose Daniel Defense. They are out of my price range at this point in my life. I plan to buy one, if we’re legally allowed to do so, in the future. :v:t5:

I’ve never had a problem with my Radical Firearms build.

Diamondback DB15, solid budget freedom seed dispenser. 10.5" PDW works well in tight spaces around the house.

Hello all, I’ve just completed my training and have not purchased a firearm as of yet.

I am reading all of the reviews to get a general idea on who to try.

When I make my choice I will let everyone know who I chose and why I chose them!

Thank you and STAY SAFE WITH YOUR FIREARM SO YOU DON’T DO ANY HARM!

I guess @Dawn needs to ask more AR questions. You aren’t kidding. It’s great to see all the new blood!

Bushmaster in the late 90’s they have moved to N.Y. and all the employees got left behind. But a person bought the old place and equipment and hired the bushmaster people back and its now Windham Weaponry! They make great flat top carbines in camo for 599.99 not a bad price at all for a really good entry level A.R.
