I am trying to use critical thinking. What are they not doing now that they should be doing? The way I see it is let the professionals handle it. I don’t think they need us telling them how to do their job.

I have to say I did really enjoy hearing about you playing dress-up.
A couple easy ways to reduce crime involve a combination of evidence-based policies, including universal background checks, implementing extreme risk protection orders (something I think you are familiar with), and also drug testing to make sure people like, say, Don, are on their meds or get institutionalized.
