Could be co-pilot stole the other pilot’s goat, we may never know what actually caused it. But, every pilot on a flight, particularly those bound for Israel, will now be guilty until proven innocent. Sad consequence.

When I see something like this my brain automatically goes to the religion of peace showing it’s peaceful side once again by trying to murder innocent people on a plane.
Neither article specifically says anything about the pilots or their beliefs, however it’s hard to not assume that an aircraft operated by “fly Dubai” out of the UAE would likely have a Muslim flight crew.
And while it’s true, not all Muslims are extremists, and not all Muslims wish for the destruction of Israel, there’s more than enough of that sentiment around to draw some conclusions.
It will be interesting to see if this gets swept under the rug or not.
